Meet Bailey Elease
From my earliest days, I’ve been a dreamer with an expansive imagination, guided by the powerful belief instilled in me that you can do anything you set your mind to. Influenced by two remarkable women, my mother and grandmother, I learned firsthand the value of hard work and the importance of acquiring knowledge through any means possible.
My journey into photography began amidst a childhood filled with constant documentation, thanks to my mother’s insistence on capturing every moment. Rows of photo albums became a testament to this enduring love affair with portraiture.
Since 2014, I’ve intentionally honed my craft, delving into the world of film photography. It was there that I developed a profound appreciation for capturing the genuine, unfiltered beauty of individuals—their raw essence and the intimate connections they shared. When I transitioned to digital in 2016, I was determined to maintain that same authenticity and depth in my work.
As a photographer, I’ve always resisted categorization, preferring instead to adapt my approach to suit the unique essence of each client. I believe in setting the stage for genuine expression, prioritizing your comfort, and allowing your true self to shine through the lens.
Over time, I realized I was seeing something much bigger than the image itself. I began to recognize how deeply imagery is connected to the way we experience a person, a business, and a brand. A photograph can introduce you, but the way you represent yourself across your visuals, website, messaging, and overall presence is what creates the connection that makes people want to know, trust, and ultimately work with you.
That realization became the foundation for the next evolution of BYSCo.I expanded beyond photography because I saw a need for something more holistic: helping entrepreneurs and businesses understand not only how they want to be seen, but why they want to be seen that way and how every part of their presence can work together to communicate it.To me, branding is deeply personal. The connection you build with your audience begins with how you see and represent yourself internally, and then extends into how you show up in the world. That’s where strategy, storytelling, imagery, and digital presence meet.
That’s why BYSCo has grown into more than a photography company. I’m a brand strategist and visual storyteller committed to helping people bring the vision they carry within themselves into a presence the world can see, understand, and connect with. With creativity coursing through my veins and a photographer’s eye guiding my vision, the possibilities are endless when we collaborate.
The ethos behind my company and my life motto is Bare Your Skin: an invitation to embrace your authenticity, become comfortable in your own skin, and reveal the raw, unfiltered truth of who you are.

When im not behind the lens or computer screen I love to indulge in the kitchen. Im a big foodie, I thrive on flavor and love putting a creative spin on my favorite childhood dishes. Exploring new ingredients and techniques keeps my kitchen exciting and delicious. My love for food also fuels my passion for travel, where I immerse myself in diverse cultures, connect with people from all walks of life, and indulge in the rich tapestry of global cuisine. Whether it’s savoring fresh, steamy pasta in Italy or soaking up the sun in the clear waters of the Caribbean, each experience adds a vibrant hue to the canvas of my adventurous spirit. Through it all, my baby boy Max is always my greatest joy. Being a dog mom fills my life with love—Max is incredibly smart, witty, and mischievous, and he’s truly my world.
